Manage your cookies
Here you decide which cookies the site may use. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, in a few clicks — with nothing to delete by hand.
For the full legal references and the detailed list of cookies, see the Cookie Policy →
To open the panel where you can enable or disable the cookie categories:
You can also use the 🍪 icon at the bottom-left, present on every page of the site.
How to change your choices
It takes four steps:
| Step 1 | Click "Open cookie preferences" above, or the 🍪 icon at the bottom-left. |
| Step 2 | The "Cookie preferences" panel opens with the list of categories. |
| Step 3 | Turn categories on or off with the switches. Necessary cookies always stay on because they are essential for the site to work. |
| Step 4 | Press "Save preferences". Your choices take effect immediately, with no need to reload. |
Where your choices are stored
Your choices stay in your browser, on the device you are using — not on our servers. Only the following is kept: which categories you accepted, the date and time of the choice, and the version of the notice.
How to withdraw or delete consent
You can change your mind in two ways:
| From the panel | Reopen the preferences and choose "Reject all": this disables everything that is not strictly necessary. |
| From the browser | Clear your browsing data (cookies and site data) from your browser settings. |
From the moment you withdraw, non-essential cookies and embedded content (maps, videos, social) are no longer loaded without your consent.
When you will be asked again
The initial banner reappears when:
| First visit | You have not yet made a choice on this browser. |
| Data cleared | You have cleared your browser's cookies / data. |
| Notice updated | We have updated the notice (for example we added new tools): we ask you again, for transparency. |
The cookie categories at a glance
| Necessary | Always on. They make the site work (session, security, remembering your choices). No consent required. |
| Functional | Useful embedded content, such as the Google map. If you disable them, the map (and similar) will not load. |
| Analytics | Statistics on how the site is used. Active only with your consent. |
| Marketing and profiling | Advertising and social tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, embedded videos or feeds). Active only with your consent. |
What disabling cookies means
Disabling cookies does not prevent you from browsing the site or booking a visit: the site works just the same. The only difference is that some third-party content (such as the map or any videos) will stay hidden behind a placeholder until you re-enable it. You can change your mind at any time by coming back to this page.
